  1. Prepare 1 pizza crust. i used boboli but you can make your own. thick crust works best

  4. Take 1 Mashed Potatoes
  5. Take 1 any other leftovers you may have.
  6. Prepare cheese. I used the traditional mozzarella but cheddar or depending on the leftovers gouda or swiss could work.

Instructions to make Thanksgiving Pizza:
  1. Fix your crust, preheat your oven to 425
  2. Heat up the gravy so it is spreadable. I didn't have any leftover so i used 1 instant gravy packet. Spread it thickly over the crust.
  3. Add bottom cheese, enough to evenly cover the crust and gravy.
  4. Cold mashed potatoes are moldable. I rolled mine into sausage shaped balls and spread them evenly over the pizza.
  5. Add any other leftovers you may have. I had a bacon and Brussel sprouts dish, Stuffing Green Bean Cassarole whatever you have. Cover evenly.
  6. Generously cover the rest of the pizza with shredded turkey. Light and dark meat works best. Do not skimp.
  7. Cover the top with cheese
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Let the pizza rest 10 minutes, cut and enjoy!

This Thanksgiving pizza made it's first debut at a Friendsgiving party where I had never made anything like it before. I remember it clearly, that night when Thanksgiving pizza first came into our lives. The pizza honestly tasted exactly like a Thanksgiving dinner. Which not only has us even more excited for the actual holiday, but it also has us super happy to know we can make this pizza year round! Use your Thanksgiving turkey leftovers in a unique way by throwing them on a pizza and covering it with cheese and crispy bacon.
