  1. For taco and nacho shell: - In a pan mix corn flour,wheat flour,rava, chilliflkes, oregano,salt.Knead a paratha type dough.make equal size round balls.
  2. Roll each balls of puri size or as desire.piers with fork,so it will be flat only.for nacho chips roll a big roti size,then cut into triangles.
  3. Apply oil on both the side of taco chips.then set into wier rack (likeshown in pic) in preheated microwave on 200 digree,for 10 minut or till they r crispy.and nacho chips in plain tray.our shells r ready.
  4. For taco chilli:. In a pan heat olive oil,add ajwain, oregano, chilliflkes tomato puree & saute it.then add Chilli sauce, ketchup red chilli powder.& Let it boil.add bboiled rajma. and mint leaves.let it boil,add water if needed.our taco chilli is ready.
  5. For taco salad:. - In a pan add olive oil, oregano, chilliflakes,cabbage,bell peppers,black pepper powder & salt.saute it.add lime juice to it.our salad is ready.
  6. For nacho cheese sauce:. In a pan heat milk,add grated cheese,mustard sauce and let it boil.our cheese sauce is ready.
  7. Assembling tacos:. In a taco shell first set taco chilli, salad on it,grated cheese and drizzle mayo chilli sauce & ketchup dip on it.our mouthwaterning taco is ready.
  8. For nacho plating: In a plate on nachos chips spread salad,boil corn,taco chilli and cheese sauce on top.our nachos r ready.
