- Slice onions and put in a large pot. Add cooking oil and fry, stirring, until golden.
- While Onions are browning, cut Liver into fork- sized pieces and add to pot when onions are golden, and stir well.
- Cut washed, but not peeled, potatoes into mini cubes about 0.5 cm, but not smaller or they will mush. Add to pot with the water and stir well
- Crumble in the stock cube, add the Garlic and then Black Pepper to taste. Stir well.
