- Clean the onions. Wash it. Now take glass jar. Take onion cut plus on upper side n put them in jar.
- Get all Onions ready. Add sliced green chillies n sugar.
- Now add salt. Keep a side. Take a pan add water for boiling. Get other ingredients ready. Make Half beetroot grated n half diced. Add all in boiling water.
- Boil for 5 min. Mix it well n get beetroot released the colour.
- Add this water to jar with ingredients. Now add vinegar to it.
- Mix it well by moving jar upside down. After 24 hrs it's ready to serve enjoy.
