- When onion get brown, add mutton, saute it for 5 minutes, add garlic, green cardamom, salt, rest of the Onion, green chillies, Kashmiri Lal Mirch powder. Add some water according to need.
- Now cover the lid and let it cook until mutton get tender.
- When mutton finally cooked, then in high flame, starts sauteing it until water get dry.
- Pyaazi Mutton is ready. serve this with roti, paratha, naan.
