Dahi ke Kabab, mildly spiced hung curd kababs, is a mouth-watering Indian appetizer recipe. The kababs are very soft and melt as soon as you put them in your mouth. They are made with hung curd, breadcrumbs, flour, ginger and green chillies.
Steps to make Dahi jam ke kabab:
- Dry roast the walnut and make a powder, take a bowl combine all the ingredients except oil,all-purpose flour,mixed fruit jam and bread crumb and mix well.
- Shape each ball and stuff one tsp jam in it
- Take a bowl add all-purpose flour,salt and 2 tbsp water and make the batter
- Dip the hung curd ball into all-purpose flour batter and coat them with bread crumb.
- Deep fry in hot oil until golden in color.
- Flip once in between.
- Always cook in medium flame.
- Serve hot with tea.
Best served with green chutney and onion. Dahi kabab is a special recipe belonging to awadh.
