- When the mustard in the punch photon crackle add the chopped onions and curry leaves and then add the crushed ginger, garlic chilli in it.
- Add the fried mango in it and mix it well.
- Then add rest of the salt and Jaggery powder in it.
- Cook it for 2-3 minutes in low flame and then add water in it.
- Allow it to boil for 2 minutes and then add the powder spices in it.
- Mix it well and again cook for 2-3 minutes and then switch off the flame.
- Now your instant raw mango pickle or amba khatta is ready. Serve with rice as a side dish.
