  1. Get Mushrooms 250gms Garlic cloves 12. Mustard oil 1/2 cup
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp Mustard pdr
  3. Take Turmeric pdr1tbsp

  5. Prepare Red chilli pdr1tsp
  6. Take Vinegar2tsp
  7. Get tsp Sesame pdr1
Instructions to make Mushroom Pickle:
  1. Wash, clean,wipe and cut mushrooms in three four pieces.
  2. Heat oil and add mushrooms. Switch off the gas after 5 mts
  3. Mushrooms will be cooked in this hot oil. Moisture should not be there. Switch on the gas. Add mustard pdr, turmeric pdr,chilli pdr.
  4. Mix it well.Add roasted sesame pdr.Add at last salt and vinegar. Transfer the pickle in a bottle.
  5. Keep for 3 days in the sun.
  6. Can't preserve for long.
